Responsible for the collection and analysis of all business data, supporting the management of the company to identify prospective business opportunities and innovative business strategies for the development of new markets (mainly in the area of Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Caucasus).

Assessment and analyzes of the needs of the several companies of the group and research of new initiatives and tenders aligned with the commercial and operational strategy. Responsible of entire offer package for the, preparing commercial documents and collecting technicalattachments. Preparation and discussion of bid price together with company management. Definition, together with Company management of the proposal strategy, organization of proposal team.

Organization, technical management and operation of the construction site. Direction and coordination of a production unit composed of 22 technical employees including site foremen, site assistants, accountants, administrative clerks, surveyors, safety and environment personnel, warehousemen and approximately 70 workers between employees and subcontractors.
