- Planning: partecipating in SOP and MPS, demand management process and MRP execution, Customer Orders fulfillment and supplier capacity planning. - Purchasing: supplier supervision during the whole purchase order lifecycle via Supplyon. - Projects: NPD, Packaging and Logistics, Supplier Collaboration and Customer Service Tools.

Working within the Contract Manufacturing and Services Europe, I'm responsible of sorting out the production plan at the various contractors, in order to satisfy the demand of the marketing companies. Strongly involved in New Products Industrialization Projects.

Logistic field: Stock Balance attainment and analysis with the aim of maximizing the alignment between the Company's SAP and 3PL; Interaction with the Planning and Order portfolio depts. by means of strategic Stock Management; Logistics Performance Analysis; Pallets Customization Management. - Customer Service: order portfolio management; after-sales management: returns management, after-sales perfomance monitoring; tuning between salesforce and customers; EDI projects.
