Responsible for managing Supply Chain material planning for components and aggregates amongst different manufacturing locations in Emission Systems BU.

Managed handling Global Supply Chain operations with focus on on-time delivery, Supply Chain Project Management, New Part Introduction (NPI), Inventory Management, Continuous Improvement, to name a few. I have successfully delivered 3 brand new engines in last 8 years within program timelines. I am also leading engineering Change Management at plant with excellent stakeholder management for driving changes for cost reduction and quality improvements.

Mahindra was my first assignment after passing out as Mechanical Engineering graduate. I learned basics of automotive industry especially Supply Chain Management process. I learned Master Production Schedule (MPS) /Material Resource Planning (MRP), direct/indirect purchasing, logistics management and aligned day to day supply chain operations to meet the production demand. With analytic acumen and fresh eye view , I realized multiple projects for process improvement and cost savings.
