Overall responsibility for the Department in charge of the management of all the Multimedia and Digital assets at “L’Unione Editoriale”, the main Media Group and Publishing Company in Sardinia (Newspaper + TV + Radio). Actively driving the use of partnerships, innovation and new technologies to create a leading “Digital” offering across all the Publisher’s media, both for end customers and for advertisers, in close cooperation with the advertising department.

Responsible for the whole product creation Chain, from strategic assessment to actual delivery, of new B2C and B2B services focusing on convergent (Fixed and Mobile) technologies. In charge of devising and maintaining the processes’ maintenance involved in the new services.

Marketing Strategic analysis of new business models and responsible of product development of ADSL, IP Advanced Services, for Convergent services and for the device proposition (Telephones, set top boxes, convergent terminals). In charge of the EMEA project that lead to the launch of the first ADSL Vodafone Router.

Product Manager in the Voice & Innovation division at Vodafone Italy. Responsible to analyze the business potential for VO Italy of new concepts and services available in the short-medium term, to define the product concepts and manage the approval of its economics and Business Case. Benchmarking of Innovative technologies/Services.

Project Manager for the whole Vodafone Live! product Proposition. Process coordination for the launch of new VAS product and for managing existing ones.
