Conceived, designed and prototyped from scratch the following systems: products catalog, financing, after sales and client services, labor lawsuits management, and real estate and property management. Developed and managed project plans while providing status updates to management. Identified, recommended and prioritized new features and applications conjointly with business leaders and department managers.
Completely revamped the Project Management System in less than a year. Added collaborative online features, project history, budget forecast and expenses tracking for each project, and decision delegation to the company board.
Completely revamped the Licitations System ensuring that proposals are now sent out on schedule and contracts won meet all the compliances.
Brainstormed and documented the system architecture of the whole client’s company. Designed and implemented some of the client’s business process in the Fuego BPMS. Identified, recommended and prioritized new features and applications conjointly with business leaders and department managers. Supported the pre-sales department by gathering the client's high level necessities.
