* Proactive pre- and post-sales technical support for BeIA customers. Support assignments handled remotely and on customer’s premises. * Responsible for technical support and account management for BeOS developers, ranging from small projects to commercial products. Speaker at the well received European BeDC. * Successful project lead for ISDN driver development in charge of project management and partner relationship handling. Be's delegate to CAPI Association. Developed CAPI 2.0 for BeOS specification.

* Lead architect for an application simulating the passenger flow in an aircraft cabin, implemented visualization and animation engine. Participated in the design and implementation of core simulation engines and infrastructure used in other projects. * Successfully designed, architected and implemented a ground service simulation software package, intended as an optimization tool to evaluate time and cost savings of different aircraft designs.

* Designed and implemented various Java Servlets deployed on a major German car manufacturer’s website to enhance visitor experience. Successfully delivered, where competitors failed.

* Developed successfully used low-level debugging tool. Implemented database infrastructure code deployed in a distributed medical application. Short-term freelance consulting assignment, dedicated to delivering a reliable solution fast.

* Served as an operating-room nurse and build excellent relationship with resident medical personal, including surgeons. Responsibilities ranged from handling of technical equipment up to assisting surgery. * Participated and reported in the selection of an in-house computer system to efficiently optimize access to patient data in various departments.
