Marcus Silva

Based in London, responsible for market development and sales of on-site compact plants ranging from 10 to 300 MTD of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and argon, for Northern Europe (Benelux, France, Germany and Poland). Has as direct reports five sales representatives distributed in this geography, working on the glass, metalurgical, electronics, food, fish-farming, water treatment, natural gas re-gaseification, renewable energy, marine and asphaltene gaseification industries.

Responsible for the maintenance of 110 plants across 17 European countries ($3.5 billion in assets), budget of $60 million/year, eight direct reports and 30 indirect reports. Managed productivity improvements that saved $12 million to the European maintenance; worked on the integration of a $450 million Polish acquisition; implemented the Reliability Centered Maintenance program; re-structured the department ; and reviewed the maintenance supply chain in Europe.
