Developed in-car & cloud-based driving functions, software platforms & tools. Led market and technology due diligence and integration for multiple M&As. Accelerated growth through mix of client-facing and nearshore delivery teams.

Co-founded Symtavision (university spin-off, tools for developing automotive real-time software). Defined the strategy, led business-development & partnerships, established US subsidiary. Won Automotive clients globally, including BMW, Bosch, FAW, FCA, GM, Toyota, VW. Established a profitable license & service business, grew the company to 35 employees. Secured Angel & Venture funding, prepared and negotiated sale to Luxoft.

Responsible in the compiler team for optimized code-generation for signal processing functions. Benchmarked a C-Compiler. Defined requirements for a ‚compiler-friendly' chip architecture, in a cross-functional workgroup.

Led the SymTA/S (Symbolic Timing Analysis for Systems) project & Prepared SymTA/S for commercialization. Advanced the SymTA/S theory, presented results at conferences globally. Established a software team to implement the theory in a tool. Secured German & EU grants and hired international students to grow the team faster. Validated interest, functionality and performance with prospective Automotive clients. Negotiated IP-rights and royalties with Braunschweig University.
