Ich leite mein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch auch mit Unterstützung von KPIs. Zu dem gehört auch die Abteilung Logistik zu meinem Bereich. Das Logistik Team versorgt den kompletten Materialfluss am gesamten Standort. Ich berichte direkt an den Divisionsleiter.

Module Team leader Powertrain
INEOS Automotive GmbH
Ich leitete die Integration des gesamten Powertrains (Motor und Getriebe) in das Fahrzeug mit Unterstützung von externen Dienstleistern. Durch Benutzung allen notwendigen Projektmanagement Methoden entwickelten externen Dienstleistern den Powertrain und Integration bis zur Serienfreigabe. Ebenfalls unterstütze ich Kollegen, anderen Module Team Leaders, mit Rat und Tat. Sämtliche Dienstreisen waren selbstverständlich.
Als Senior Projekt Manager war ich den direkten Ansprechpartner für den Kunden. Technisch unterstütze ich den Key Account Manager mit Vertragserstellung und -Verhandlungen. Alle benötigten Tätigkeiten für das Multi-Projekt Management wurde angewendet. Leistungsnachweise und Rechnungsverfolgung. Budgetverantwortung. Entwicklung des gesamten Powertrains auf Prüfständen und im Fahrzeug. Führung des Projektteams.

This includes not only planning, timing, costs, etc. but I am also in contact on a daily base with several departments such as transmission hardware development, calibration development, production, quality, vehicle integration, etc. including the release process of the transmission into production.
