For high impact procurement projects assigned by the leadership team, lead the creation of the project plan with project owners for all phases of the project. - Implementation of project management across the organization

- Lead and guide project teams (R&D, Quality, Tooling, Sales, Production, Supplier, Customer, Purchasing - Coordinate the RFQ phase in order to guaranty correlation between tech. and economical offer - Guarantee the project conformity to RPDS(APQP)/IMS process - To ensure the availability and observance of customer requirements in design team - Define the timing according customer and internal milestone - Support production plant during tooling phase EMPB/PPAP/SOP

Project management (releasing new products for production from planning phase to SOP) - Communication with customers (Ford, GM, BMW, Daimler, VW, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Mahindra) - Releasing new working stations for production - Shop-floor management - Improving Layouts and Material flow - P-FMEA
