I debuted in Procurement Department where I analysed and optimised conventional processes; after which I was engaged in a transversal entity to drive process improvements under the supply chain initiative of the company. I identified and lead continuous process improvements opportunities, using Lean Management tool. To date, the identified improvements are ongoing initiatives.

was Officer for a project aimed at enhancing agriculture techniques, reduce the use of pesticides and enhance livelihoods in four villages in Eastern Bhutan, impacting approximately 1,400 people. I coordinated preparatory activities with the implementing partner in the country, through Email exchanges and video conference. I also monitored and aligned the 3 phase Action Plan with local partner costing to the budget baseline of 112,000 CHF.

I built experience in different initiatives under 3 agencies in the United Nations engaging an approach of results under deadlines. UNCTAD: I strengthen BioTrade activities such as publications and BioTrade databases. UNITAR: I activated the deployment of an online tool to foster information sharing in over 20 country members. UNEP: I analysed and undertook follow-up of project progress under the UNEP-POP initiative with over 80 member countries.

I was in charge of the planning and implementation of a marketing event in Mexico City & Monterrey for the Port du Havre, with key freight stakeholders throughout Mexico. The event targeted 300 participants and it proved satisfactory for the customer and Embassy’s authorities. I led a market analysis seeking for local competitive advantage for Elle & Vire products. Results show successful introduction in local supermarkets in Mexico.
