The BMS team at CBRE manages the design, install, and delivery of the integrated, performance- building automation solutions for buildings and facilities of all sizes and types. The position includes several tasks: - Provide support to the Project Management Department - Review correspondences for each project and inform the PM with regards to the cause, effect & resolution of the issues mentioned therein - Review Claims & variations raised by the subcontractors - Ensure the timely completion of the activities / work packages - Prepare variation orders and claims - Establish procurement lists as extracted from BOQ and drawings

The position includes: - Supervision of Site Activities. - Reviewing agreement and Contracts related to the subcontractors. - Pricing of BOQ for tenders and awarded contracts. - Approval and Review subcontractors Interim Payment. - Quantity surveying and Quality assurance.
