After the fusion with PSA, I expanded my perimeter: in the new organization, I've become the Pricing Controller also for Abarth and Fiat Professional not just for EMEA but for all the world. I approve prices, analyse the strategies of pricing and product, ensure the margins.

I manged the Pricing controlling of Fiat in a crucial moment for the brand, working side by side with the business partners (pricing, product and platform teams) to face the challenges due to the political and economical changes. - Reporting directly to the CFO of the Company (part of FCA group) I managed monthly closures and forecast/budget of the legal entity Abarth & C - I was in charge of the reporting, variance analysis of the full brand - On top, I managed the pricing controlling, enhancing the process and being involved in the creation/testing of a new IT tool to manage the price. I approved prices, analysed the strategies of pricing and product, ensured the margins.

At beginning of my career, I followed a special project about the outsourcing of the Merchandising and the creation of the new entity L&M. During this period I learned about company processes and how to manage the complexity.
