- Manage recruitment projects from junior to managerial level particularly in the field of sales, marketing, IT and back office related roles. - Develop and organise onboarding processes and induction trainings for new comers. - Renew performance appraisal system by harmonizing back office roles and agile principles. - Tender and organise external trainings in accordance with identified training needs. - Manage entry and exit processes of Hungarian and international employees.

- Manage recruitment projects from junior to managerial level. - Hold induction trainings for new comers. - Handle immigration issues for non-Hungarian employees. Apply for residence permit and work permit, get of tax card, health insurance number and other work-related documents. - Provide HR admin activity for trainees. - Collaborate with managers on a daily basis.
