Responsibilities include assisting in the writing, creating, editing, and distribution of a variety of marketing materials; plan, coordinate, and prepare internal and external web site content; write press releases; conduct competitive and other research; assist sales team with proposals; assist with trade show, product demos, and special event planning; coordinate sales and marketing communication campaigns; organized company sponsored events; develop and maintain databases; and update department reports.

Acted as project manager for website update; served as main contact to third party web firm; published numerous updates to company Internet and Intranet using Dreamweaver; posted podcasts and Flash presentations of company events to the company website; set-up and maintained an electronic newsroom which promoted press releases & news articles; assisted in the planning, prep, and execution of company events; manage company sales collateral; & maintained accurate electronic records of all department invoices.

Coordinated the 4-day Big 10 Union Directors Conference including meals, lodging, programming, and activities; designed and maintained the websites for 8 different conference groups using Dreamweaver; and managed conference headquarters during active conferences while directing attendees to various events.
