• Managing the Local Commercial team: 3 external consultants, 2 business experts and 10 key users. • Organizing the communication between the project team, business experts and stakeholders to align template solution proposals to company requirements. Aligning the business processes to the corporate standards and the SAP ERP core template model. • Responsible for pricing, customer rebates, customer master data, CRM territory management, BW reporting, order creation, invoicing.

SAP CRM project implementation. • Creating and updating the Business blueprint. • Creating test scripts, conducting unit and integration test for the developments. Managing the issue log. • Creating User manuals and giving user trainings • Working with the development company: creating business blueprint, business describing processes and requirements, testing the developments, user creating manuals and giving end user training.
