Identify, develop and manage a preferred supplier base in Eastern CEE ( RO, BG, MK and UA ) to support Areva sourcing initiatives: Organise Market Survey for all commodities; Ensure that suppliers are selected according to Areva T&D Sourcing instructions; Manage the sourcing of strategic components & sub-assemblies for export business or product transfer from/to my geographical area of influence, in co-operation with Units and KCMs; Support locally all strategic sourcing actions in close relation with KCMs

Manage all production and non-production purchasing activity; Manage and monitor all plant suppliers in line with Faurecia group purchasing strategy/policy in term to improve Quality, Cost and Delivery performances; Select and nominate most competitive suppliers for new projects; Work closely with the plant logistic, quality and engineering teams to support the supplier’s performance and reach the MPM and PPM target; Define opportunities for cost reduction actions and validate them at Group&Plant level

Manage the team of buyers for all equipments of LOGAN Project car body for achieving the project target (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Planning): maintain and improve the quality level after the production transfer in Romania Dacia plant; Pricing negotiation to maintain the project target price; transfer of production (assembling lines, tools and devices) in best conditions and according to project schedule; Cooperate with other functions to respect the project general planning; Support the sourcing activity
