Morgenstund is a young company which provides breakfast and catering services for businesses around Cologne. In addition, it also offers a bistro where pizza, pasta and salads are prepared and delivered. I provided administrative and Operational support for the General Management, and coordinated our customers, colleagues and suppliers for an efficient daily operation and successful private events.

International Market Research for the Automotive Industry. I participate in research projects concerning prices for accessories and spare parts in the Mexican, Colombian and Spanish markets.

I wrote my Masters Thesis with Splendor, a Mexican company that produces and exports fresh berries. My Thesis covered the opportunity for this company to enter the German market, the analysis of the market and the formulation of an entry strategy. As a Quality Control agent, I received the test shipments and performed a quality check of the fruit, in order to report to the Mexican headquarters the status of the fruit at destination point and ensure the successful access to German supermarkets.

Translated into english, ETTA-ESCI is the First Traffic and Customs Clearance School in Mexico. Nowadays, this school has 7 campus all over the Mexican territory. As the General Director´s Assistant I was involved in many different tasks at the same time. I assisted him in several matters concerning the schools and its people, but also in other businesses and activities. Time management was essential in this position. Public relations, decision-making and staff meetings were all part of the job.

Reviewed import and export documentation, participated in meetings with potential and current suppliers and customers, interrelated with other departments to make improved and more efficient processes. Acquired knowledge in Logistics, Transportation, and Legal Documentation for imports and exports.

AEP is the merger of three companies that intend to provide a comprehensive service for importers and exporters. During my internship here I went through the Logistics company and the Customs Brokerage company which provide their services in one of Mexico´s biggest ports, Manzanillo. Developed familiarity in classification of products in the appropriate HS code, legal requirements and special procedures at one of Mexico´s biggest ports.
