In charge of the product design and the assembly line support, evaluate designs and propose revisions to improve current designs, plan and coordinate product design activities for a complete project of moderate size or complexity, provide and evaluate design solutions, define BOM's and generates decisions for product changes, analyze moderate to complex problems and defines engineering specifications, provide technical support to other functional areas in regards to mid to complex product specification.

Design of the system of frames in the chassis group for new models. Design of the braking system in the chassis group for the modifications made by the change of emissions in new and current models. Standardization and cost reduction projects through the optimization of designs and the follow-up for their implementation. Brake test program for units to ensure correct operation according to standards and regulations. In charge of managing the program cost reduction ideas for the chassis area.
