- Marketing and PR support of 2 hotels from pre-opening stage till present - Social media management of Instagram page from 0 to 5000 followers and - Production of various marketing materials and collaterals in brand voice and by the brand standards - Organisation of series of press tours and blogger events (more than 30 bloggers attended events, ongoing work with bloggers and influencers staying at the hotels, min. 2 blogger a month) 

- Full administrative support of board member of federal company (expat) - English –Russian translation during both internal and external meetings, including negotiations with suppliers and contractors - Assistance and translation in numerous business trips - Translation of correspondence, reports, taking minutes of meetings - Travel support for all Supply Chain Department (over 150 pax) - Contract preparation and control over payments by the contracts
