Lead engineering deliverables at each milestone/gateway. Lead cross-attribute / cross-functional engineering issues resolution. Lead subjective drive evaluations.

Characterization and diagnostics of the powertrain noise, vibration & harshness of prototype vehicles. Resolution of NVH design non-conformances. NVH CAE analysis. Test driving, subjective and objective evaluations of full vehicle NVH, interior noise targets settings and benchmarking. Mainly powertrain focused, but acquainted with wind noise, road noise, and sound package / vehicle sensitivity objective and subjective evaluations.

Quality control of the powertrain NVH performance of production vehicles. Drive the design changes needed to keep quality and customer satisfaction indicators within corporate defined bounds. Report quality indicators to the senior management.
