HR Business Partner within the Husqvarna Division for three Categories within R&D: Hand Held (Petrol & Battery), Wheeled and Parts & Accessories.

Recruiting talents for the PM&D Electric Category. Responsibilities Resumé-examinations, interviews, personality tests (Predictive Index), making contracts, setting salary levels and checking references. Working with recruiting managers. Focus on networking and finding the right candidates for the open positions within Husqvarna Group.

Leading recruitment within all areas of consultancy and recruitment within bigger projects all around Sweden. Working a lot with Employer Branding to attract students for positions within the customer service sector. Travels all around southern Sweden, being 2-3 days on the road in cities where Montico is present and the rest of the time in Tranås. A lot of work with social media marketing, big data solutions and direct marketing at fairs, schools and at Arbetsförmedlingen. 2 direct reporting employees.

Responsible for the job coaching business on 5 sites where Montico offered Job coaching (Tranås, Mjölby, Motala, Norrköping and Västervik). 7 direct reporting employees. Responsible for budget and business plan for the region. Also coordinating a separate project for immigrants to help them get ready for the Swedish labor market.

Responsible for job coaching at Montico in Tranås. Grew the business from 15 job-coaching-participants to 50 within 3 months with good results helping people to get jobs through networking with companies all over Tranås and surrounding cities. Also starting up and coordinating a project for immigrants.

Coordinating moves within an international moving business all over Europe.

Doing a project evaluating Emballator Lagan Plast AB's Human Resource work. Studying & observing their daily work with HR. Making interviews with leaders to see where priorities are at the moment and what visions the company has. Making a survey to find priorities to work with in the future. Key words: The Toyota Way & Lean.

Working at a juvenile facility (juveniles with criminal background and/or drug problems and/or social problems age 16-21). Work during summer break and also working part-time during studies on days free from studies and weekends.
