Devised pilot support chat line specifically focused on the transgender community and transitional age youth. Piloted technology distribution through SF Dept. of Public Health. Implemented and supervised a train-the-trainer model for community outreach, education, and resources. Developed implementation methods to better suit constituency, increasing efficacy of community outreach to target demographic from 10% to 90%.

Implemented first LGBTQIA2S+ family and partnered violence peer program in Australia. Assessed risk, safety planned, provided counseling, outreach, and advocacy. Evaluated and integrated client feedback.

Provided psychosocial support for people living positively with HIV, education on HIV treatment, substance use, and family and partnered violence. Engaged in crisis intervention, suicide first aid, outreach, advocacy, and referral provision. Integrated findings from research on LGBTIQ+ forced migration to expand and improve service provision.
