Maintained monthly reporting of fleet utilization and costs. Coordinated the Aftersales technician for vehicle preparation, servicing, repairs, inspections, registration, deregistration.

Controlling of monthly analysis and KPI reports of GCC market for HQ in Germany. Worked closely with the HQ and agencies to realize marketing activities e.g. social media campaigns, ads, seasonal campaign planning. Implemented catalogues for Genuine Parts and Accessories in the region and developed trade fair set up.

Supported the motor show events while organizing the event cars and stands, coordinated technician to equip both with Genuine Parts and Accessories. Coordinated with marketing and advertising agencies for social media campaigns. Realized photo shoots for catalogues to promote new products. Wrote articles for the monthly Genuine Parts and Accessories Newsletter.
