Marieke Dohrmann (she/her)

Coming from a background of migration studies and social sciences I work as a facilitator to help people gain a deeper understanding of how societies, groups and global structures work. My main topics are anti-discrimination work, gender and diversity issues as well as team dynamics. I am happy to work with you and your team and provide workshops tailored exactly to the clients and their particular needs! During my time at the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) I was in charge of the preparational organisation and execution of a conversational event with German university students and Anja Karliczek (federal minister of education and research).

In my internship at the German Academic exchange service I assisted in running the social media campaign “studieren weltweit – ERLEBE ES!” (“study worldwide – EXPERIENCE IT!”) which aims to encourage German students to study abroad. Furthermore I collaborated on establishing a training concept for young advisors for studying abroad.

I volunteered as a language assistant for German as a foreign language at Gimnazija Franca Miklošiča in Ljutomer, Slovenia. During my stay I mainly organized and executed conversational courses as well as preparatory classes for DSD (Deutsches Sprachdiplom).
