I founded Key People Int. to improve the delivery of tech resources to international corporations as well as regional companies. We wanted to provide recruitment as a service highly customised to the individual requirements of IT departments and HR accounts; and to the circumstances of candidates. The company, who never abandoned a lean and optimised approach to delivery, surpassed 1M € turnover after just two years from being founded.

Wunder Mobility is one of Germany's fastest growing mobility tech companies. Due to their exponential growth and fast scaling targets, I was tasked with re-designing their HR processes and building a dedicated and performance oriented talent team.

Truventuro Development (DevelopX), founded by German tech VC Truventuro, builds customised remote teams of software developers in Eastern Europe and the Balkans and supports its customers optimising their IT solutions and team structure in Germany and "near-shore". As the first employee of DevelopX and COO I defined the company's business strategy, hired the core team, built a client base and managed its operations including leading the talent acquisition team and DevelopX internal and freelance engineers.
