- Developing the new CSR strategy for the department, implementing new legislations and initiatives, such as the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettengesetz) or the EU Taxonomy - Defining new measures and KPIs to track the progress of sustainability actions (e.g. carbon footprint reduction) for the sustainability reporting

- Part of multifunctional Project Teams focusing on topics such as rooftop PV, EV charging and sustainability certification for stores - Overseeing the central CSR management system and advising and empowering counterparts in all Lidl-country offices
