Activities: i. Detail oriented project development in 2D software AutoCAD and 3D software SketchUp. ii. Assistence in the development of diferent levels of Interior renovation projects, including Layout (with furniture detail execution), basic Light planning, and Site Management. Small office environment with multitask and technical responsibilities.

i. Research and written work elaboration in the themes “Resilience of Cities and the Climate Changes” and “Sustainability related to Cities Heritage” ii. Book review and update for Urban Planner Professor Researcher Dr. Maria de Fátima Ribeiro de Gusmão Furtado in the researched area. Strategic reading, reading academic souces, planning research papers and critical thinking.

i. Project compatibility and modifications for construction through 2D software AutoCAD; ii. Management of site projects and communication with clients, designers and draftsmen to solve modifications; iv. Completing relevant forms and documentation for project application and development; v. New Developments: Renovation projects including Budget and Site Management. Busy work environment with tight deadlines. Development of organizational and prioritization skills.

i. Assistance in elaboration and adjustment of Executive Project in softwares Vectorworks and Sketchup; ii. Assistance in Architecture technical drawing – Site, Lease and Coverage plan, Blueprint, Layout, Cuts and Facades (buildings, house residences, hotels)
