I supported a remote mobile payments project. I prepared presentations, created a price strategy for the mobile payments application, labelled the mobile payments application for the market, tested the application. I supported a large loan project with documentation, analyses in Microsoft Excel and engaged in product controlling I supported a project in consumer finance with market analysis on the countries where Erste has subsidiaries. I focused on consumer finance and car loan opportunities.

I coordinated the entire Trainee Program including the advertising of available trainee-jobs, filtering CVs, conducting interviews with the candidates, relationship management with universities and selection during assessment centers.

I created and presented ideas for innovation of payment systems. I supported a project on remote mobile payments and prepared presentations for the Project Steering Committee. I was responsible for the entire documentation of the project

I supported the Career Management System and the Employer Branding Project with analyses in Microsoft Excel (pivots), presentations of own analyses at various workshops in English. In addition, I was responsible for daily coordination with the HR-partners of the subsidiaries, translation of documents and contracts (English-Hungarian) and organizational tasks
