Performance of physical characterizations like: Determination of tensile strength, melt flow indices, densities, notched bar impacts and the crack growth behavior. Furthermore organoleptic odor tests, sieve analysis and IR spectroscopies were performed.

• Development and validation of software for Dissolution- and Disintegrationtester, customized sample tests under GMP guidelines for determination of disintegration times and active ingredient release and the training of customers on a variety of devices. • Creation of the corresponding manuals in English.

• Implementation of physical, visual, and PC-based measurement methods for polyethylene granules and films. • Production of films by blown film extruder for specks assessment and viscosity measurements. • Performance of melt flow indices and swelling rates. Furthermore Complaint management and development of SOPs were performed. • Activities as a safety officer were carried out and worked with various SAP applications.

• Implementation of physical, chemical and wet visual measurement methods for cellulose ethers. • Preparation of cellulose solution for the determination of viscosity and filterability, Kjeldahl determination, sieve analyzes, sample shipping and warehouse management were performed.

Worked in different divisions: Diesel fuel analysis, rock analytics, quality control of polyolefin waxes, pigment analysis, development of cooling lubricants and inks.
