Management and development of projects for various clients relating to energy efficiency and, in the past, aqueduct efficiency. I carry out activities in the following thematic areas: scope, timing, risk, communication, costs, quality, procurement, stakeholders. Develop the detailed planning and programming of the activities relating to the project plan with drafting of the intermediate progress states of the activities and works and participation in technical meetings with the client.

Activities related to the processing of technical and economic data relating to the water cycle, in order to monitor, through appropriate KPIs, the performance of the aqueduct and purification to intervene on the process areas immediately, dynamic and efficient. I participated in the drafting of the tender documents for the PNRR for an estimated budget of over € 50 million. I also deal with identifying the actions to improve the performance of each sector to optimize waste in terms of time and costs.
