Thieling is a German company with presence in various areas, which include technology, project development, port handling and municipal works. In this context the company provides services in the port sector to J. MÜLLER Weser located in Brake. The project consisted basically of accompanying the process survey with the purpose of diagramming and documenting the processes in terms of objectives, responsibilities and stages, so that these are formally defined.

Consorcio Minero CMTAS (Trébol - Agua Santa) are two companies linked to the area of mining construction project management. The project consisted of the movement of 1,600,000 m3 of earth for the construction of a Pipeline platform for the Desalinised Water Discharge System, within the framework of the MLP_INCO Project. My job consisted of periodically reporting to the client on the achievement of the project objectives, addressing and anticipating the client's future needs and concerns.

My main objective as a member of the Quality department of the project was to ensure quality in each of the civil works involved, such as the construction of contour channels, installation of fencing and noise barriers, anti-spill mesh and slope anchor bolts and grout injection.

Assist and manage the team, keeping them focused on the project objectives and removing impediments that arise during project development. Responsibilities include: - Lead the Scrum team, seeking to improve productivity and quality for the development of an ERP engineering platform - Manage and resolve impediments the team encounters in meeting goals, and encourage others to contribute new perspectives

Introduce agile concepts to the IPChile mobile application development team, whose functionality was to make available to students a digital application, which by simply entering their data, can consult academic information such as grades, schedules and attendance.

To participate as a teacher of the "School of Industrial Processes and Natural Resources" of the professional institute IPCHILE (Sede La Serena), in the training of Mining Engineers with knowledge in the area of mining exploration and exploitation, geology, mineralogy, deposit evaluation, economic feasibility study, mine design, and various subjects related to the development of a mining project.
