Responsible for range planning for a wide field of sporting hardware as well as timelines, turnover, profit and stock. Development of own brands' bags and shoes. Providing impetus for marketing activities, coordinating interdisciplinary projects. Leading a team of 6 assistant product managers.

Responsible for strategy and range planning for Salewa alpine backpacks as well as timelines, turnover, profit and stock. Development of backpacks and bags in close cooperation with athletes' feedback, design and production sites. Providing impetus for marketing activities, active support for sales activities and key accounts.

Project managing the companies most important marketing tool: the target consumers catalogue. Planning and realization of strategy, layout, photography and writing. Coordinating all involved parties such as product development, external agencies, photographers and athletes. Responsible for all sponsoring activities and budgets as well as for one assistant collegue.
