Technical authority and member of the management team of one of the development areas in Ericsson Modems’ Agile organization.

Responsible for the baseband (PHY) SW development in different functional areas of the LTE PHY Layer in the L7400/L7450 baseband processor . Manager with direct staff responsibility of the Radio SW team in ST-Ericsson

Implemented and validated the LTE UE transmission power control algorithm according to 3GPP specifications.

- Requirements breakdown, design and implementation of different software components of the E2010 signaling unit Broadband Wireless Test Set. - Defined and implemented verification procedures for a FPGA-based LTE Channel emulator - Coordinated projects with third-party academic entities (SCM/SCME channel models, LTE TDD development) - Led the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Digital Signal Processing team, responsible for the physical layer development in a mixed FPGA/DSP HERON board

- Acted as direct consultant for the WiMAX Forum in RF conformance testing topics, and contributed significantly to the creation of the WiMAX Forum certification program - Set up the WiMAX RF test laboratory, evaluated technically and selected the test equipment, designed an RF switching matrix for the RF test bench and designed an automatic test suite - Actively engaged in the WiMAX Forum Technical Working Group (TWG).

- Analysed technical documentation, assess compliance folders and certify Bluetooth equipment (modules, protocol stacks or end products) against the Bluetooth Qualification Program Requirements - Determined test plans according to device under test features - Provided technical guidance and support to customers - Actively engaged in the Bluetooth Technical Advisory Board (BTAB)

- Managed the Bluetooth Qualification Test Laboratory (BQTF) - Executed test campaigns, collected test evidence and produced test reports - Trained test houses worldwide in Bluetooth testing and qualification topics.

Executed and managed type approval testing projects for digital transmission technologies standards (TBR3, ISDN)

Executed type approval test campaigns for different telecommunication standards for circuit-switched telephony access and acoustic characterization of telephone microphones and speakers.
