-Coordinate and lead a team of three test technicians in order to perform product validation tests, design verification tests, R&D lab maintenance, development and improvement of test setup devices. -Define parameters for the new launches in coordination with the Design team and Project Managers. -Elaborate test reports of the activities mentioned above and upload them on the global database. -Permanent support to other departments such as Quality, Industrial Engineering and Production

Main subjects covered in: physical aspects of vehicle dynamics and powertrain engineering, automotive feed-back control systems, bus and communication systems, developing of hardware (controller) for automotive electronics and hardware components and their integration in the car.
