Analysis,Measurement,Characterization and optimization on High power LED is done to determine thermal behavior and self-heating effects of diode. Pulsed method is developed to ensure that Device heating can be excluded by analyzing Extracted SPICE parameters.

• Designed, built and tested transmitter and receiver circuits for hearing implant device. • Designed PCB board using Eagle Cad soft.

•In electric power system, fault due to abnormal flow of current is monitored by hardware design and Electrical loads are protected. •Circuit developed using PSPICE •Initially to protect the fault, power electronic circuit is designed for 415V systems. •Design employs solid state devices are PCB mounted and LED’s on it for indication from the control board. •Monitored and Protected earth fault by operating relays, CT's and fuse from the input board
