Company: Independent accountant on behalf of five small trading companies, part time basis, Main responsibilities: - Primary accounting; - Taxes and Legislation consultancy; - Monthly and annual balance sheet; - VAT statement; - Profit tax statement.

- Mandate contract – part time / full time job. Acquiring, maintaining, servicing a client portfolio, providing financial consultancy. Main products: Pension, Life and Non-Life insurance, Investments Products, Banking Products.

- Began as a start-up company, I was responsible for all aspects regarding RAS and tax statements. I was supervising one Senior Accountant, one Junior Accountant and I was reporting to a Finance Director. Took part to all effort involved in designing / implementing an accounting and reporting system in order to meet both of Romanian and Mother Company requirements. At the moment of living the compay the system was implemented and fully operational.

- Leading Finance-Accounting Department (8 people under supervision) - Maintaining connection with management, other departments of the company; - Implementing new rules regarding IFN (Non Banking Financial Institutions) , Accounting, National Bank Reporting; - Representing the company in front of Fiscal and other regulatory authorities.

- Verify monthly balance sheet - Provide support for other (inside or outside department) regarding accounting procedures & registrations, financial analyses or fiscal legislation; - Drawing up monthly financial & fiscal statement - Update quarterly the SAP database - Supervising work of 13 accountants; - Advice and support for network dealer.
