• Assist the team with payment preparation, GL bookings for close, account reconciliation preparation and support all team members to perform their daily work • Perform initial control procedures such as journal entry preparer task • Perform Invoice, Intercompany and other ad hoc payments • Process expense reports including reviewing support submitted by the employees, amounts in the reports, approving in the system and entering in the ERP system • Assist manager and senior accountants with day to day tasks

Stierlin AG in Schaffhausen: Sachbearbeiter im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen Kontrolle und Verarbeitung der täglichen Kreditorenrechnungen inklusive Kontrolle und Verbuchung der Tageskassen, der gesamten FF GROUP. Weitere Tätigkeiten: • Debitorenmahnwesen der Stierlin AG • Monatliche Auswertung der Kundenumsätze • Erstellung der Darlehenszinsrechnungen an die einzelnen Firmen der FF GROUP • Administration der Kundendaten im Enventa ERP (Debitoren und Kreditoren)

- Accounts Payable and Payments for IHQ (International Headquarter (Switzerland), Groupon GmbH (Germany), Groupon AT (Austria) and Groupon CH (Switzerland) (DACH) - Daily booking of PO, Non-PO Invoices and Credit Notes in NetSuite - Administration of Customer Data in NetSuite - Processing of Travel Expenses according to the Company Guidelines for IHQ and Groupon GmbH - Preparing different kind of Data for the Auditors - Monthly Reconciliation of our Bank Accounts

- Accounts Payable Accounting different countries (Netherlands, Norway, Belgium, Spain and Denmark) - Daily booking of PO, Non-PO invoices and credit notes - Administration of customer data in SAP - Handling of the complete AP dunning Process - Processing of Travel Expenses according to the Company Guidelines - Correspondence with the Suppliers (Primary Language: English)
