Responsibility: • Responsible for operations team during implementation REMAN Project (salvage of used WABCO products) • KPI definition (production, quality and logistics) • definition of clear reporting system • supervision of efficient new projects implementation on production and process side

Responsibility: • on-time deliveries assurance • proper stock management • customers advising in area of VMI, KanBan based solutions implementation allowing efficient material management and production (i.e by items standardization)

Responsibility: • production department (ca. 200 employees) • assurance of on-time deliveries, highest quality, productivity and efficiency and employment planning

Responsibility: • „Greenfield Project” team member responsible for start-up of new plant in Poland producing car seats in JIT system • design of frontal supply of components on production stations • production lines balancing • design of production stations meeting ergonomics requirements • PFMEA analysis • Engineering Change Coordinator (on-time implementation of process and product changes and manufacturing cost reduction) • member of VA/VE team (value analysis/ value engineering)

Responsibility • transfer of test systems from Sweden (Karlskrona) for production line • setting- and starting-up of test systems • operators training • PFMEA analysis • develop of intranet production reporting system based on ASP and SQL technologies.
