• Product Mangament for furniture and laminate flooring product groups (approx 25m m2 per year). • Presenting to and working with the largest furniture and DIY groups in the UK. • Networking with complementary product manufacturers in creating an online database of matching accessory products for the furniture industry. • Major range rationalisation while achieving significant sales growth. • Working with design software companies to achieve customer specification via distribution.

• Managing a team of 4 people, planning over £200m PA of Chipboard, MDF, MFC, Laminate Flooring and Worktops production. • Purchasing of decorative paper with a value of €15m per year. Achieved 39% reduction in stock in 1st year, saving approximately €1.4m in stock holding. • Development of barcode system and associated programs. • Created and implemented IT training systems for production workers

• Responsible for Melamine Facing and Paper Impregnation production planning.
