Rresponsible for coordinating the upgrade of the Belgian Satellite Ground station and prime contact person for the Japanese development engineers for the special picture and sound scrambling system. Part of the team that took forward the project to launch an SMATV direct satellite reception system for home users promoting the usage of small satellite dishes (ASTRA Satellite Management Centre in Luxembourg) combined with Set Top Satellite receivers and smart cards to have access-control.
