At the SLU in Sweden I conducted ChIP experiments to prove protein DNA interaction. The group works on growth control and seasonal growth cessation in Aspen trees and my work contributed to a recently published paper. I worked with − Chromatin-Immuno-precipitation (ChIP) − testing antibodies on proteins from aspen trees − cloning genes from RNA for plant expression

I worked on the circadian rhythm of Plant using: −real-time bioluminescence monitoring −Co-Immuno-precipitation and expression of proteins in protoplasts of Arabidopsis thaliana −testing new antibodies −quantitative real-time PCR experiments −confocal microscopy −ChIP experiments in protoplasts and seedlings −cloning and expressing plant proteins in E. coli
