Offering .NET and Java development recruitment solutions, the company was focused solely on The Dutch market I was brought on board to start up and oversee the contract/ interim division. Being there from the very inception of a start up company to the day I moved on, gave me invaluable experience. During my time with Ardekay I built up a very successful interim solutions team and a well known brand name in the Dutch IT job market.

During my time at Recruit 121, I helped companies source both permanent and freelance SAP consultants on a global scale but with particular focus D-A-CH and BENELUX regions, based in Amsterdam and on the road a lot in Switzerland. I started recruiting for permanent jobs for clients in Switzerland and then moved onto a pan European contracts desk before taking up the role of Business Development Consultant as one of the company's top performers.
