• Responsible for business development, project management and delivery of executive search assignments for the CEE Real Estate market. • Covering a region of 8 countries in CEE region where SpenglerFox have a physical presence and satellite countries where there is no office presence.

• Full P&L responsibility for Polish operation reporting to Sigmar HQ in Dublin. • Management, training and development of all consultants in Poland. • Responsible for all marketing materials including website design in Poland • Responsible for driving new business across all sectors
