As Product Portfolio Manager - Digital at BD Rowa, I have the privilege of developing the overall portfolio strategy, vision and roadmap for our solutions. In this role, I am responsible for identifying trends, defining product requirements and bringing new digital business models to life with a dedicated team of product owners.

My consulting focus has been on Innovation Management | Portfolio & Complexity Management | Engineering | Product Lifecycle Management with a focus on leveraging digital technologies (e.g. AR/VR, PLM, AI/ML) in business processes.

ABICOR BINZEL is a hidden champion and truly innovative supplier of welding technology based in Giessen, Germany. As Product Manager of the Business Unit ROBOTIC Systems, I was responsible for the international product management for robotic welding systems, the development of go-to-market strategies and various initiatives to reduce complexity and costs.

Poppe GmbH has been a leading manufacturer of elastomer seals and profiles since 1911. Poppe develops and manufactures technical rubber products that are used in the automotive industry, in plant, apparatus and mechanical engineering and in the renewable energy sector. As Product Manager, I was responsible for the innovation and portfolio management of the automotive portfolio. I also led various initiatives to reduce complexity and supported the product development process.

As a project manager and product developer, I managed the product development process for water drainage systems. I also coordinated project management, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) in accordance with automotive standards and redesigned the product development process and project management organization.
