• Reporting to Head of Software Field Engineering • Assistance of Engineering, Development and Startup Departments - Defining and presenting logistic and software solutions to customers - Providing feedback from customers and installations to technical departments of KNAPP • On-site Manager for startups and complex integration projects e.g. integration of Warehouse Management Systems - Managing of on-site team and representing the communication interface between KNAPP and the customer
