Hybrid of Project Manager, Business Analyst and Agile Coach - Overall responsibility for the implementation of projects in the area of Treasury, Bank Legal Reporting and the Local Data Warehouse of Erste Bank Austria and the Sparkassen. Introducing and enhancing agile development methods and corresponding support tools in the project teams.

Led four development teams with up to 31 persons. Responsible for the Change the Bank of EIT. Team-wide resource planning. Permanent development process and agile development optimization. Documentation of ISAE 3402 Audit process. Owner of “Change & Problem Management” process. Supporting the department head, especially in the selection process of new employees and mainly involved in regular budgeting process.

Led the development team for print and web reporting with up to 12 persons. Merged two independent developer teams. Project lead of "Interactive Reporting for Private Banking" and "Print reporting for Private Banking". Took over the print reporting project during a crises and completed it successfully. Furthermore, acting as Scrum Master.

Led the team backend development with up to 13 persons and responsible as Scrum Master for successful deliveries. Furthermore, deputy department head and held PDS and job interviews. Project lead of EX-Post limit checks in SimCorp Dimension. Responsible for the whole DWH-area of EIT (development and operations).
