Combing research insights from my PhD about Workplace Experience Design with best practice approaches to develop and implement workplace design and management strategies.

Leading a Workplace Design R&D programme to enhance company-wide design processes for office fit-outs from EUR 100.000 up to EUR 25m+ through initiating and establishing an evidence-based design process and standardising design briefs.

Provided evidence-based advice on workplace design and strategy to the company’s management, design and communication teams. Enhanced internal workplace design processes to improve the service standards and ensure that even the most recent research insights are used to elevate the quality of every project.
