My tasks have been to do an in-depth research analysis of the current market situation and its business leaders. Hence, according to the given information I was then looking for suitable leads for the marketing campains. Thereby, creating an interesting conference topic and platform for clients to access the latest knowledge and new leading techniques was a key element. The goal was to boost the competitive advantage of our clients.

While working at Atribord & Asociados, I was mainly responsible for coordinating teachers and teaching events to satisfy the clients' needs. Furthermore, I organized a further training workshop with all given aspects for our employees. Moreover, my task has been to get feedback from the professionals we work with (mainly banks, insurances, and international trading companies) and the overall client aquisition.

Organizing all activities to boost the image of the hostel among various internet-based platforms. Moreover, of spreading the word that Urbany is the biggest hostel, including a gym and pool, within Barcelona. My tasks have been to establish events and themed evening for travellers.

The focus has been on work integrated learning as perspective and method to match existing Cross Cultural Competences.

A main focus is towards developing skills to meet the demands within the fields of Marketing, Cross Cultural Management and Sales Management for internationally trading companies, while being completely taught in English.
