Authored and managed complete project workflow, ranging from concept presentations and stake- holders relation management (clients, engineers, contractors) to licensing and budget controlling. Negotiated with suppliers and executed on-site supervision and construction-related decisions.

Planned and executed different multi-purpose projects, including several fashion retail stores with areas from 200m2 up to 1000m2 for a multinational client under very tight deadlines. Trained and supervised junior architects on systems and tools for on-time, quality output.

Executed modular constructions using wooden structures. In parallel, experimented and developed light steel framing and concrete modular structures for specific clients. Streamlined Revit systems across company and prepared & conducted in-house trainings. Select projects: Tree Houses and Eco Houses Pedras Salgadas, HoBo HouseBoat, Pestana Eco-Resort Tróia.

Rehabilitated multipurpose buildings in Porto’s historic city centre. Developed a rural tourism housing project and prepared its application to European funds (QREN).

Focused on ecological modular system constructions by recycling shipping containers. Designed tem- porary constructions, housing, hotels, offices, and commercial buildings. Used Grafisoft technologies for scheduling, modelling, rendering images and films. Developed Vila do Conde House.

Developed the full lifecycle of projects such as commercial spaces and residential houses. Supervised a team of 5’s work under critical deadlines. Joined multinational teams headed by Pritzker winner Siza Vieira and Carlos Castanheira for larger projects such as Chiado (Lisbon), Mimesis Art Museum, Amore Pacif Campus (South Korea), Niki Club & Spa (Japan). Organized Siza’s exhibition in Switzerland.

Designed and visited the construction stages of the upscale residential project Casas Brancas.

Co-developed the commercial/industrial pavilion for the BMW subsidiary in Porto.
